Just wondering if there is anything that can be done for her? Here there is high humidity (75 to 80%) and hot temperatures. any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you for the information.

The hot & humid conditions have precipitated it comparing her cool environment of Finland.

She should remain in cool environment as much as possible as in rooms with coolers,
avoiding to go out at noon as much as possible.

She should also take plenty of liquid.

She should wash her face regularly because oily face makes it more.

Though OTC benzoyl peroxide cream is helpful but it may sometimes cause allergic reaction .

Better to visit a dermatologist there to have a prescription for acne cream because she may need oral antibiotics also as it seems extensive.& she may take Benadryl anti histamine if itching is more.

She can apply hot compresses to pustules, never to pick or squeeze pimples.

I hope this will satisfy your query.

If you need further clarifications, I will be happy to explain you.
