i have these pimples on my chest and I don't know what it is. I do have acne and I don't think that the pimple of my chest are the result of acne because once I used accutane and it completely cleared my entire body except my chest.I also suffer from very strong armpits odor sometimes and it gets worse when I shave my armpits. do you think it's candida. i used to have an infection on my armpits can you please give me some advices
