Some people get acne on the scalp that may take a few weeks to clear up. This type of acne is known as acne necrotica miliaris. Topical benzoyl peroxide can help to dry up the lesions that you have. I like a prescription called cleocin t solution. It is a clear antibiotic solution that is easy to apply to the scalp. to control itching from the lesions, coal tar shampoos can be helpful. Oral antibiotics like erythromycin or minocyclin can be used for 6 weeks or more in very resistant cases.
I hope this is helpful to you
