i have lots of red bumps on my whole face that just appered there over night and have continued to spread throughout the day. they look kind of like acne, but are itchy and sore. i have already had chicken pox so i know it's not that and the bumps aren't anywhere else on my body. i do not have a history of bad acne at all so i don't think it is that. they are really ugly and sore and my whole face is a little swollen too. what should i do!
