i have pimples that have a whitehead on my pubic hair area. very sore what can i get rid of them with

Hello

Wash with antibacterial soap. It is probably acne, and you can use any acne medicine or soap on the area as well. Soak in a hot tub, but be sure to clean the tub well before and after. A dab of antibiotic ointment won't hurt either. If this doesn't help, you will want to see a doctor for further investigation.

Most likely they are ingrown hairs or clogged oil glands. The same treatment above should work for this as well. You might want to try mixing some cream for jock itch (an antifungal) with the antibiotic ointment to see if that helps.
