I am a 31 year old male and began to experience acne on my back and pustules under my arm pits and inner thighs around 21. Soon my buttocks also had painfull pustules that would erupt and leave scarring. During this time I developed folliculitis between the topmost part of the crevice of my buttocks. I left all this untreated fr many years but eventually had the recurring folliculitis operated and removed, it has not come back.
I started on acne treatment eating minocycline tablets fr a month and bathing in benzoyly peroxide soap. I developed an eczema on my chest and left leg. I have been lethargic in the application of a creme (diflucortolone chlorquinaldol compound) on the eczemas. The results were at first were good but now after months they seem to be doing nothing. I still have the acne but not so severe. Please lemme know whats wrong with me and how should i treat this thanks. Jerry
