I have tiny bumps all over my forhead and cheek, im twenty and thought it may have been acne. I have had pimples of course as a teenager but not nearly as many little bumps. My parents said it probably wasnt acne that the bumps looked like little water bubbles. Ive tried different acne washes they seem to make it more red and i dont think the cold weather helps either but what could these bumps be and what can i do about them?
