I have sores on my face and somtimes arms ive been getting them for about a year thay look like zits at first but as they get hard they turn into little white things that are hard to pull out with tweezers sometimes there are a bunch together sometimes they will pull out atached to the scab my name is Duane can you tell me what i have ???
