A small lump has developed above (to the left) of my genital area--right below the stomach, relatively close to my hip. It is slightly painful at the touch but I am not showing any other syptoms (i.e. fever, chills, fatigue etc.) Is this some form of acne, or should I be going to the doctor? Thanks.
