I believe you might have a Cystic lesions from acne, sometimes called acne cysts, are large and painful pimples deep under a person's skin that develop most often on the face, neck, or upper body. Symptoms may include a red, hard, tender lump under the skin.

I want to ask a couple of question. Do you suffer from acne or is this the onle lesion?

describe to me how it started, where on your face it is and how long has is been there?

attached you'll see a picture of cystic lesions does it appear to look like this.

I look forward to hearing back from you. With thiis information I feel I would be of better assistance.
