my mom since november has a lot itching on her head it ...

my mom since november has a lot itching on her head it has gotten worse , it has turned into pain and burning on her scalp with little bump on her scalp and on the base of her head .she has went to four different dermatologist and no one seems to know what it is.shes also been to an allergist and a regular md and still no help any suggestions?we would like to know what she has

she stopped using her hair Dye because she was allergic to it . she was tested at an allergist and they said she was allergic to that and the shampoo shes been using for years. so since november she uses non amonia hair dye and uses baby shampoo and it just seems to have gotten worse sympton since .do you think that its an allergy or something else.
