When mu daughter was 9 we noticed a small cluster of bumps in the area between her lower lip and chin, It was not very noticeable and contained. Now, at age 10, it has gotton worse - spreading all around the chin and sides of her face. The bumps are almost like pimple - they appear to have milky substnace inside them. She washes her face with Cetafil every night but it does not seem to help. She is small for her age - that is she is not very physically developed - I can't believe that it is real acne.
