I am a 17 year old male, I do get acne....but I now have tiny pimples all over my face..They don't itch or burn or anything.what are they and how do I treat them?

The pimple on my face, do not have any white liquid or anythingl....they are just there.

Milia are NOT fluid filled, and are still the most likely cause of these bumps. I would suggest seeing a dermatologist.
