After taking Mino tab for adult acne for 7 years I have got very dark skin pigmentation, my nails on my toes are turning all dark and then black, face, especially the cheeks, inside of the mouth and all my gums have gone a very dark colour, lips are very dark and now getting black spots. I have stopped taking the tablets but will the discolouration go away or is it permanent?

How long will it take for the discoloration to go as it very dark and patchy on the cheeks and covers a wide area, will my toe nails grow clear now instead of dark? Will my gums return to a pinky colour? What time frames are we talking about and will any medication help?

Hi

Medication will not help.

You are looking at 6-12months.....
