I have had a lump in each cheek since October. One side is much larger than the other (left side). It was noticed when I got a cold. I thought it was just my sinus being swollen- I am no longer sick-and these lumps are still there- they are hard to the touch and feel like they can be moved around a little bit- seems to be just under my cheek bones- but not in my mouth- any idea''s? My family dr said it was acne- but I don''t feel this is right he gave me a topical antibiotic- that did not help any- Sometimes I have pain when I chew on the one side- and other times is seems to hurt when my mouth waters- they also seem to give me headaches mostly in the evening -
