My son has Tourette Syndrome, ADHD, can be agressive

My son has Tourette Syndrome, ADHD, can be agressive and is constantly shouting when he comes home. He does not get along with any of the children at school. He's so angry do to lack of friendship he takes it out on his two siblings calling them stupid and idiot, screams at them. I feel my other two children are depressed because of his constant argumentation. He is on medication for tic (risperal) adhd (effexor) and depakote for anger management. For several years now. I've noticed an increased state of agitation. I reallly don't know how to help him he's running my house.
