Dear Customer (name blocked for privacy),
Wow. I got chills just reading your post. The good news is that tetrahydralazine is an ingredient in eye drops and wouldn't have such an effect. Alcohol alone can cause these symptoms. That doesn't mean that you weren't "slipped" something else, though.
Very confident it wasn't the tetrahydralazine that caused this to happen to you. If this was a recent event, you may ask your doctor to give you a drug toxicity test. Some drugs can stay in the body for weeks depending on what type of drug it is. Ecstasy, for example can be detected for up to a week in the urine. A hair test can detect most drug intakes for months, however the tests are very expensive.
Check out this site. There is a home test kit for 90 day detection of Hair testing for 7 different drugs.

This might just put your mind at ease. Be careful out there with so many nut-cases running around. Keep your drink with you at all times. Do not leave your drink on a table or the bar to go to the bathroom or to the dance floor. Either finish your drink or discard it if you cannot keep it with you. Be aware of the people around you. And try to always have a friend with you. These types of people will target women who they notice are alone and more vulnerable by not paying attention to what is going on around them.
