HELP ME PLEASE!!! READ NOW!!! ANSWER SOON AS POSSIBLE!

I use to have a std called chaytidma, My parnter and I went and got treated for it. We were for sure we got rid of it. Few weeks later I started have the symptoms of clytimada, so I went and got tested. My results came back and they are negative, I dont have it. But why am I having symptoms then if I do not have it. Do you think its an infection of some sort. I have not been with anybody else except for my partner, If I dont have the std then what is it. My symptoms are.....burning when I go to the bathroom...sometimes. Itching inside my vagina when I'm having sex. Sometimes I can't have sex because it hurts when he puts it inside of me..or sometimes I can only have sex once a day because if i do it again it hurts. I'm really concern and need to know this answer as soon as possible. Sometimes I get a buring feeling right after sex. Please help me!!
