Doctors are concerned that if people start gluing their own cuts, the wound won't get adequate care and can cause infection. Super glue should never be used on a deep cut because it seals the outside of the wound. It will hold the surface skin together, but leave a gaping space underneath. That's not in your best interest if you have cut a little bit of muscle, tendon, ligament, or nerve. This has been told to many patients by the doctor I work for.
Once a wound has been open for a few hours, you've got to leave it open or risk sealing an infection inside. Aside from the chemicals that are used to make superglue that in itself can cause infection on an open wound.
You have to remember that the internet is the internet and everything you read might not be exactly helpful or true. You need to watch for redness and swelling, a sign of infection also any fever or nausea as well would all be signs to seek medical care. Remember if it is a deep enough cut to warrent the thought of putting superglue on it, it is sign enough that you need to seek medical care for it.
I would put some hydrogen peroxide on it to clean it thoroughly, and if it continues to bleed seek medical care. You don't want that to cause further infection so make sure the superglue does not stay on it. It takes alcohol to help remove it and it will burn but better than a chance of infection. Especially one trapped inside a cut. I hope this information will help you.
