The only thing that you can do at this time is to take her to the ER and they can treat the migraine with a stronger either non- narcotic medication such as Imitrex, or they can give her an injection of pain medication, and some medication as well for the nausea that sometimes comes along with a migraine, if she is having this symptom also. Especially since her blood pressure is elevated and this has lasted although they can be known to last for 6-48 hours. If the Exedrin has not worked then this is your only option until you can get her to your physician in the morning. If she does not want to do this some cool cloth therapy, sleep with no lights and sounds, and drinking plenty of fuids is about all that you can do to treat a migraine at home. They can be caused from several issues such as alcohol or caffeine, allergic reactions, changes in sleep patterns, or even certain foods. I hope this information will be helpful to you, let me know if you have any further questions.
