An alcohol bath is more than you need, (it works because it evaporates so quickly, taking body heat with it). Simply put your daughter in warm, not cold water as whe will probably fight if it is truly cold. While she is in the tub, distract her and let the water cool gradually, keeping her in the cool water for a while until it seems her temperature is down. You could add a little cool water after shes's in a while to cool it faster. The other thing you can try is to give Children's Motrin as this is sometimes more effective than Tylenol and will last longer (letting you get some much-needed rest!). (I'm sure you know, but I must be complete--aspirin is contraindicated in children due to a serious side effect)
