70 year old Pt on medications for BP taking radiation treatment

Pt on medications for BP taking radiation treatment for lung cancer. Pt pre treatment had a few incidents with numbing of arm and legs buckling. Seems to black-out or almost black out, not remembering going down but remembers how he felt prior to the falling to knees. What should he tell his Dr to get them to listen. Cardiograms normal, Brain scan normal. He is 4 months post smoking and alcohol consumption. Dr say may be treatment related but since happened before I feel they are wrong. Please help

I am going to need to get a little bit more information.

What kind of medications are they taking?

Is blood pressure checked regularly? If so how often?

Is the patient by himself during blackouts? What happens? Does he fall and injure himself?

How long has the radiation treatments been going on? How long does he have left?

If you could answer these questions the best you can, I can get started on helping you find an answer.
