I am having dissy spells - what can cause these?

Already Tried:
Checking blood pressure. Saturday it was 80/55 but now is normal.

Causes of dizzy spells:

  • low blood pressure
  • dehydration
  • rythm disturbance of the heart
  • anxiety and stress
  • hyperventilation
  • allergy
  • bleeding
  • use of alcohol , illegal drugs and smoking
