an emergecy incident....

Hi,
I witnessed a very horrifying incident last night in front of my building. Here is what I saw: a man in his car who had thrown up his internal organs, unconscious, and hanging out the door with his hazard light on. perhaps was his liver or lungs, with some tube like organs coming out of them (esofagus like) I don't know which organs were exactly. I was terrified of course, and called 911, the ambulance came, they didn't give me any information, they only said that he was sick and perhaps consumed too much alcohol. My question is, is it possible, in any kind of disease or alcohol consumption, or allergies, etc. that some one actually vomits his own internal organs? what could have possibly been? I am still in shock from this traumatic incident. But I have no way of contacting them. please help me unsolving this mysery in my mind even a little bit, by giving me some ideas of the things it might have been. This would hep me greatly in getting over this lifechanging shock.

To tell you the truth i dont think it is possible to puck up you lungs or liver. Not trying to be cocky but they are too big to pass through. There is no way they would get pass your lungs and through your throut. Could you tell me more about it? Was it all one big hunk or small? Thanks, have a great day.

This stays a mystery in my mind. I used to study medicine myself, but I can't figure out what that could have been. it was quite a big chuck, but all smashed up. It looked like liver tissue, (or perhaps stomach). It was too dark for me to see. But I saw there were a couple of (esophagus like) tubes coming out of it.
It is a mystery to me. Any ideas? Could have been allergy or drugs of some kind?
