I'm 24 years young and I have been waking up about every other night with Charlie Horses in my legs. Last Night I woke up about 11pm with one in my right leg and then at 5am I woke up again with one in my left leg. The pain is so extreme that I wake up literally screaming. I drink at least a liter of water a day. What can I do to prevent this? Why do I keep getting them so frequently?.
