Hello:

This would depend on the size of the glass and the alcohol content of the wine. If you are referring to the typical wine glass which contains four (4) ounces of wine it would take the body one (1) hour to process this to total elimination.

It also takes the body one (1) hour to process a 12 ounce glass of beer. One (1) shot which is equal to one (1) ounce of whiskey's and vodka's would also take one (1) hour for the body to process this out to total elimination.

As you can see it is not only the quantity of the beverage but the proof (alcohol's volume) of the alcohol that is required to determine this.
