There are a number of possible circumstances: The size of the drinks is the biggest variable. One "glass" or wine - varies in size from place to place.

Slight variation between individuals in the metabolism of alcohol.

ALSO...I misread the question: I was thinking you were asking about being checked the NEXT morning at 11 AM.

By Friday - NO, the alcohol would be metabolized.

There are some other tests that can be done which detect recent alcohol consumption for longer time periods - up to 4-5 days.

Ethyl sulphate: a direct ethanol metabolite reflecting recent alcohol consumption
(Detected up to 36 hours)

If being completely free of alcohol (for example as a condition of parole) - you need to NOT consume any alcohol, because of the development of these other tests which can detect alcohol use long after the BAC had dropped to zero.
