Sent to Health Experts May 22 06:52 PM

I have these white spots on my skin that don't hurt or itch but have spread in the last month. I have been very stressed and might be dehidrated due to alcohol. I dont excercie either. Am I in trouble? What do I do to make them go away?

Hello my friend,

I understand your concern and I will do everything I can to help. :) White spots on the skin can be caused from a toxic effect on the body. If you are very stressed, consume too much alcohol, are not getting enough sleep or water your body can start to become more toxic and leach these toxins out on the skin as the body has no where else to release it. There are a few things you can do to detox your body naturally and help these spots to go away. In time they should fade as you help your body to detox before it has a chance to erupt through your skin.

Detox and nutrition plan

Take a whole food multi-vitamin and mineral supplement every day as part of a healthy lifestyle. Be sure the bottle says "whole food". This means your body can better use the vitamins because they come from from home. Continue to do this throughout your life and you will feel better and have more energy. Also be sure to include plenty of fruits and veggies in your diet.

Drink 4 oz of liquid chlorophyll each day diluted in water. This can be found at most health food stores. It is a substance that is in the inside of plants. It draws out toxins and helps your body to heal.

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of pure water each and every day. Stick with this and you will help your body in soo many ways. Water helps your body to remove toxins on the inside and flush them out through your urine. If your urine is bright yellow and has a constant odor then your highly toxic.

Cut back on alcohol. Save the alcohol for special occasions and don't drink it every day. If you find that you can't go without alcohol you may have a type of alcoholism which may require professional help. If you drink a lot this can be hard on your liver and can contributes to other problems in the future. When you do have alcohol it severely dehydrates you. Be sure to also drink water to help counteract this. It can help.

Take 1 tbs of organic flax seed oil daily. This is essential and helping to protect your heart, brain and skin and it also helps your body to detox

I hope this helps. Please click on accept otherwise please request more information. I am always here for you.

Take care
