What do these numbers imply from a drug urine test?

I think my partner is abusing drugs, he's on 20mg/ per day of adderall, but can you tell me more about what these numbers mean or imply. The lab said that further results can be found by analyzing the information below.

Urine test came up positive for METH-D.
Meth: 25,692 nanograms per ML of urine
Amph: 7314 manograms per ML of urine.

Adderall can give a false positive for methamphetamine on a urine dipstick, but if the test is done by GC/MS (gas chromatography/mass spectrometry) the test differentiates among the different amphetimines. It appears that the urine test is positive for both methamphetamine and amphetamines(adderall). The methamphetamine concentration appears quite high. You need to find out the testing method to be sure, though.

This was a GC/MS test, and the urine test came up positive for Meth-D... is there any more information you can give me based on that?

Im aware that those levels are very high, but how high if you can explain. If shes on a dosage of 20mg/ per day of adderall, does it show shes taking much more than her dosage or a combination of other drugs?
