Hi,
The chat got disconnected due to technical problems, so let me send you an answer. By the information you gave me it seems that you have Pernicious anemia. This is caused due to Vitamin B12 deficiency. This leads to decreased iron carrying capacity of the blood cells. The cause of this can be -

* A diet low in vitamin B12 (for example, a strict vegetarian diet that excludes all meat, fish, dairy products, and eggs)
* Chronic alcoholism
* Abdominal or intestinal surgery that affects intrinsic factor production or absorption
* Intestinal malabsorption disorders
* Pernicious anemia, which is caused by a lack of intrinsic factor

Treatment consists of Vitamin B12 supplements, taking a good balanced diet, avoid alcohol etc.. For more information read here
Regards,
Dr. Gupta
