Hello,

A blood alcohol level of 166mg/dl means that the level of alcohol in your blood is too high and that driving cannot be allowed.

In most states a level of 100mg/dl is considered to be the threshold above which driving is not allowed (this is the level at which the central nervous system starts to get impaired). In other states the cut-off level is 80mg/dl.

I hope this helps.
