My 15 year old son was stung by a wasp yesterday. I didn't give him any benadryl for it. I gave him some today because his hand is swollen now. He had a very bad reaction to a wasp sting 5 years ago and was taken to the hospital in anapaleptic shock. He did not have a bad reaction yesterday so I thought he was fine. But now his hand is very swollen. Should I just continue to give him benadry until the swelling goes down? or is there something else I need to do?
