I am 61 yr old diabetic. I have numbness and pain in my face, jaw, down my right arm and hand, tightness and pain in my chest and back, feeling of pending doom, vison problems, unstable angina, and I smell smoke in my head. MRI and EKG were normal but I had a mild heart attack in 5/05 and both parents & my brother died of heart problems. I have heavy breathing and heart flutters and stay short of breathe.
