Been a little shakey and had what I thought was just another panic attack about 9 hours ago. Felt better after the usual 1-1.5 hour mark and then started to feel anxious/shakey/ off and on sweaty About 8pm. realized I hadn't eaten much today so got some food into my system and some juice. Thinking maybe it's a blood sugar issue?
As to the alcohol use, I would probably be considered a moderate to heavy social drinker. Had way too much on Friday, but in general I range from 0 drinks per week to maybe 12 drinks on 2-4 occasions. Haven't had any alcohol since Friday night.
Also, for the last few weeks I've had a bit of tenderness off and on below my ribs on my back, which I believe would indicate maybe a kidney problem?
I'm pretty used to the panic attacks, they run in my family. I just don't want to ignore a symptom that isn't really a panic attack. I could however just be being a bit of a hypocondriac!
