When did the purple spots begin?

What medications do you take including any pain medications?

Do you drink alcohol if so then how much alcohol do you drink?

Prior to your appendectomy did you ever have tiny red dots on your skin or unexplained bruises on your skin?

Have you ever had an abnormal platelet count?
