HI I am a 34 wife with 2 children and a husband who is away alot. Lately I have been having problems with my left arm and hand. Especially when I sleep or at least try to I get the shakes in that hand. Sometimes erratic and sometimes a steady shake. I am not sleeping well and suffer on & off from bouts of extreme tiredness. With this I have been getting a little dizzy and confused for a moment or two during the day. I am sometimes finding it hard to get my balance and have fallen over a couple of times. When I am doing something I sometimes find myself stopping and starring at what might be the washing machine and trying to work out why I am there. Then it comes to me and I am fine. This is concerning me a little but have just put alot down to tireness. I have to write things down or I just don't remember at all. When I wake I am in alot of pain to just get out of bed. When I feel good I try to go for a bike ride and this just about kills me. I am exhausted and my balance I have to concentrate alot on. My joints in my left leg is feeling stiff sometimes. I hurts to bend and then I am finding it difficult getting up from the floor. I am only young and these symptoms are starting to concern me? Hope you can help as my closest doctor is over an hour away and I only go when have to. Is this all due to being tired?

Mostly the shaking is when I am sleeping or at rest.
My diet is Ok I have 3 meals a day and try to watch what I eat. This doesn't always happen though.
My periods are off and on no set time. Can be heavy and sometimes come and go without any trouble other times I get alot of bleeding and pain.
I do have a drink every now and then but not every day nor every week. No medication at all.
A few months ago I saw
No I haven't had any tests.
