Itchy and sore

I had two marks similar to mesquito bite underneath my left eye. (Day 1) On day two they had spread to look more like a rash. Today (day three the area around my eye is swollen and has a red rash like appearance. I have not been near the "woods" we have no poison ivy sumac, etc in my yard. The only exposures have been to motor oil and steel and aluminum shavings. (I work in a machine shop, and wear protevtive gear at al times) I am not aware of any allergies and am wondering what to do. I do not have six hours to wait in an emergency room. Can you help?
