The middle turbinate in both sides of my nose is upside down from what it should be, and I was wondering if this could cause any problems. I have trouble breathing through my nose and have frequent sinus infections and allergies all year around. The lower turbinates are swollen as well. What type of surgery (if any) do you think I should have?

I went to an ENT doctor, and I am wanting a second opinion. Steroid inhalers do not seem to work for me, and neither do decongestants.
