I have a 15 months old daughter .She always has been

I have a 15 months old daughter .She always has been with nasal congestion really stuffy nose but now(1 month ago) she start to have runny nose, all the time, with yellow/green mucosa.
On 01/03/06 I went to a new doctor with her, we move from Massachussets to Florida.
She said that she had ear infecction with a inffection in her eyes to .So she gave amoxil (she had 1 time before with no problem)with something else mix for her.She had reaction rash after 5 days, went to the doctor again stop Amoxilian/...I think the problem was the mix to strong.The doctor said thas was no more infection.After 10 days I went back with her because of her runny nose lots of green/yellow mucosa She gave another antibiotic for 10 days(a strong one) because she said that chance to be sinus infection and she has allergy .I gave her for ten days.helps a little,was not like before.But now start all the mucosa again with a little fever on Mon(02/21) I went to the doctor again another ear infection with sinus(no x ray)more antibiotic(Ceftin 2x a day)and Zyrtec for allergy(no test) 1/2 ts a day.She had diarrea,and after I gave the medicine for her she vomit that was yesterday(02/23)I call the doctor they said that was a side effect.Now she is sleeping with surprises me how tired she was this morning wake up at 8:00AM sleep at 11:00AM.
I am worry about her and the doctor, I dont no ...
What do you think?Please help me
