I have large red bumps on my leges and if I srape with my finger nail it gits more agrvated diphenhydramine hydrochloride helps but it keeps come back this started about two months a go

This can be infection related especially if it keeps returning so I would recommend that you be seen by your physician for an antibiotic as this would help to clear up the skin infection, also they can determine if this is something that needs to be followed up by a dermatologist or if it could possibly be allergy related. Most commonly this is associated with allergies or infection but since it does keep returning it would be best to be evaluated by your physician.
