I have had problems with my feet and hands first itching ...

I have had problems with my feet and hands first itching unbearably and then swelling to the point they have clear blisters on them and sometimes so much that they will have blood blisters. I have been to several physicians aand neurologist have beentested for allergies and ray nods now it seems my little finger and left side of left hand will just go to sleep with no warning and no reason I can be washing dishes watching tv playing with kids happens anytime anywhere can you give me something I can take to my doctor so maybe we can find out what this is, also I have been tested for MS although I beleive they told there really is no actual test neurologist decided no MS

Already Tried:
was on tegrotol for 2yrs because swelling and numbness used to be followed by migrain and eeg found glitches neuro called it extremly mild siezures allergy meds help some not much ice soaking anti itch creams exercise changing diet
