How long have you had the problem for?

How long have you used the medication for?

Are there specific allergies that set you off?

When is it better or worse?

Thanks

I would start off with a steroid nasal spray which may take a few days to work so in the meantime continue with the sudafed. The steroid spray will suppress the lining of the nose and stop the running which is caused by allergy. It will not work if the problem is a cold or flu virus.

An antihistamine is also effective but may make you droswy. I would also suggest ensuring that if your office has heating, there is a humidifier or bowl of water in the room in order to stop the nasal passages from drying out.

Does this help?
