I am a 42 year old woman who after the birth of my first child in 2000 was diagnosed with several environmental and food allergies. Since working with my allergist I have been able to keep my allergies under control and currently am not taking any medications. For the past 2 mornings I have woken up to discover that my body is covered with large, raised hives from my neck to my feet and wonder what is causing this? I have not been eating or drinking anything different than what I normally do, nor like I said am I taking any meds. Also what can I take to get rid of these that will not make me drowsy?

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 42

Already Tried:
Benadryl last night but still woke up with even more hives.
