found a tick on my little

found a tick on my little girl''''''''s neck, it was on the back of her neck in her hair, it was big & fat. I removed the the tick and the location bled. I put "after bit" on the location (benzocaine 5%, phenol 1.36%). She has symtoms of allergies or a cold, no fever. Does she need antibiotics?
