Can I take Zaditor eye drops year round for eye allergies?

I am unable to take oral antihistamines as it interferes with my antidepressant and affects my mood. I have problems with eye allergies, know I am allergic to pollen but it seems to last year round.

Absolutely yes, you will need to get your prescription renewed and probably a check up every year. Zaditor is very effective and safe for year-round use.
