My doctor really has pushed this therapy, even tho' my bone scan shows minimal bone loss.
I take Atenolol for HBP and Hctz,and Nexium twice daily.
Seasonal allergies and no drug allergies that i'm aware of.

Hi, No need to worry. Calcium infusion for treating Osteoporosis is a new and pretty safe mode of treatment. The only side effects seen are mild flu like symptoms and nausea, that also in very few patients. There have been promising results with calcium infusion as compared to oral supplements.
