I have was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 6 years ago. I recently suffered with severe upper back and arm pain. I had an MRI of my cervical spine and have a herniated disc in c7 and deterioration in c4,5,6 & 7 along with bone spurs. I have had chronic leg pain in both legs for about 4 years. My legs ache, throb and burn. Could this be caused by my neck problems?

Hi,
Cervical neck problems are less likely to affect the legs, since they are normally connected to the arm nerves, and affect the upper body.
Chronic leg pains maybe secondary to fibromyalgia, or a yet undiagnosed involvement of the lower (lumbar spine).
Further evaluation by a neurologist and appropriate tests like MRI of the lower spine may help in confirming the diagnosis,
