Hi,
Your symptoms point to the possibility of a progressive nerve disease,
This needs URGENT evaluation for either a nerve irritation or nerve compression secondary to a local problem or more likely a problem in the spine (upper cervical).
An orthopedician/ neurologist will evaluate and order relevant tests like MRI upper spine, nerve testing etc. and then provide appropriate treatment,
regards
Dr. Gupta
