pain in neck

for about 4 hrs now, i'm experiencing pain in my neck and shooting down my arm causing my arm to be numb. the pain is constant. if i lay down it still hurts. any solutions to help or what could this be? please advise

Probably a pinched nerve -- but could be a heart problem. If it were me, I would go to the ER to be checked out.

They have to treat you -- even if you have no money.
