bleeding from ear & chest pain

i am 2 months pregnant and not healthy . i keep getting dizzy with unconciousness episodes , nose bleeds , blood coming out of my left ear , speech is all studdery , chest pain (left side) pain under left arm pit , numbness of right hand , shortness of breath , major confusion , immediate sleep fall outs , agitation , blurry vision (major) , no appetite , pressure in head causing ears to plug up with instant loss of hearing for a few seconds , heat flashes and sweats . why ? HISTORY : CHRONIC PYLONERPHRITIS OF KIDNEYS
        : PAST DRUG PROBLEM (METH , WEED )no longer
        : EQUALIBRIUM OFF BALANCED
